Rough Trailhead is located off Chimney Top Road (#10) in the Red River Gorge and provides access to the Rough Trail #221. The site has designated parking, signage, visitor information and trash collection. From Slade, travel east on KY 15 for 7 miles and turn left onto KY 715. Follow 715 for approx 4 miles and turn left on Chimney Top Road. Continue 2 miles to the Rough Trail parking area on the left.
