The Lower Swift Camp Trailhead is located off KY 715 in the Red River Gorge and provides access to Swift Camp Creek and Clifty Wilderness. Swift Camp Creek is popular with anglers and has a catch and release season during which only artificial baits shall be used and all trout caught must be immediately released. The site has parking and visitor information. From Slade, travel east on KY 15 for 9.5 miles and turn left onto KY 715. Follow KY 715 north for 5 miles, turn left into the gravel lot.
