About this place
Aspen Loop OHV Trailhead is situated east of the Transfer Campground complex and is one of the entry points to the Aspen Loop OHV #631 trail system. A parking area and loop turn-around is available. From Mancos, CO: Travel 1/4 mile north on Highway 184, then turn right on West Mancos Road (Forest Road 561). Travel 10 miles until the junction with NFSR 565 and turn right (east) 0.75 miles to the parking area for the trailhead on the right. Most of West Mancos Road is chip-seal paved to the trailhead.
