About this place
This trailhead is on the edge of Forest Road #257, and provides access to the Grass Mountain Trail. It is a leisurely two mile hike to Grass Mountain Lakes. Spur trails provide access to Coffee Cup Lake, Frog Lake, and Morgan Lake. This trailhead is about 45 minutes from McCall. To reach the trailhead, take Highway 55 west out of McCall for four miles. Turn right onto the Goose Lake Road (tiol Forest Road 257) for about 18 miles.
