About this place
The Clayburn Saddle trailhead is located at the end of the Goose Lake Road (FS 50257). This trailhead provides access to the Hard Butte area via Elk Lake Trail #347 (note that Elk Lake is on the far end of the trail). From McCall, take Highway 55 for 4 miles to the Goose Lake Road (257) turn-off on your right. Follow Goose Lake Road for 27 miles to the trailhead.
