The Cliff Creek Trailhead is a small parking area for about 3 vehicles with trailers. No improvements are available. This trailhead for Forest Trail #840 (Cliff Creek Trail). Travel west from Crested Butte on County Road 12 (Kebler Pass Road) for approximately 11 miles past the Horse Ranch Park turnoff. After you cross Ruby Anthracite Creek, the road to the trailhead will be on the south side of the road.
