Trailhead for the Mokelumne Wilderness, trail 18E24 headed towards Wheeler Lake. Wilderness permit is required for overnight stay within the wilderness. Please practice Leave No Trace and Pack it in, Pack it out principles. Highway 4 parking on the left of highway after Lake Alpine.
