Trailhead with information kiosk and vault restroom. Fishing opportunities at Upper Box Creek reservoir. Upper Box Creek Trailhead is located about 11 miles west of Greenwich Utah, along FR068 at Upper Box Creek Reservoir. From Greenwich take UT-62 north for 0.7 miles and turn left (west) onto the lower Box Creek Road (FR069) for 8.5 miles. Turn left on FR068 for 1.9 miles. The trailhead will be on the left.
