Trailhead with vault toilet, information kiosk and dispersed camping. Koosharem Canyon/Paiute ATV Trailhead is located about 2.3 miles west of Koosharem Utah, along Forest Road #076. On Main Street in Koosharem turn west on Center Street for 0.4 miles and follow the road as it turns right and becomes Koosharem Canyon Road (FR076) for 1.9 miles. Turn right onto FR166 and into the trailhead.
