About this place
This is a nice short scenic trail into the woods and out onto the Trout Lake Estate, a national Historic site featuring a 1920 lumber baron estate. The rolling trail moves bikers between narrow path to ld tote road - please watch for hikers. Bring your picnic basket and enjoy quiet moments along this beautiful lake. From Marcell, Minnesota travel south on MN Highway 38 S for 5 miles, then follow Smith Lake Rd for 9.2 miles, and turn right on Itasca County Road 326.
