About this place
This is a nice short scenic trail into the woods and out onto the Trout Lake Estate, a national Historic site featuring a 1920 lumber baron estate. This non-motorized trail is a two mile hike from the north and a three mile hike from the south. Bring your picnic basket and enjoy this beautiful point on Trout lake. From Marcell, Minnesota, travel South on MN Highway 38 for 16 miles, turn left onto Clearwater Rd for 1 mile, then turn left on Bluewater Road and continue for 3 miles.
