The Ozark Highlands Trail (OHT) Sylamore Section is a 32-mile linear thru hike trail that generally parallels scenic Arkansas Highway 341, also known as Push Mountain Road. This OHT Sylamore Section has seven trailheads, with access to remote, off-trail seasonal waterfalls scattered through the Ozark National Forest. Take Arkansas Hwy 341 North for 2.4 miles, turn left on FS 1118, travel 7 miles, at junction, turn south of FS 1111 for approx. .25 miles.
