The Ozark Highlands Trail (OHT) Sylamore Section is a 32-mile linear thru hike trail that generally parallels scenic Arkansas Highway 341, also known as Push Mountain Road. This OHT Sylamore Section has seven trailheads, with access to remote, off-trail seasonal waterfalls scattered through the Ozark National Forest. From Fifty Six, AR take AR 14 for 31.7 miles, turn north on Hwy 341 for 12.8 miles, TH on Right
