Silver Lake Flat Reservoir and Trailhead is nestled in the mountains of American Fork Canyon adjacent to the Lone Peak Wilderness. A fee is charged. From Cedar Hill, take UT-92 E/Alpine Loop Road 5 miles. Turn left onto UT-144N and go another 2.5 mile. Just past Tibble Fork Reservoir turn left onto W Granite Flat Campground Road. In 0.7 miles turn right on FR 008/Silver Lake Flat Road. The reservoir will be 2.5 miles up the road.
