HOLMAN FLAT DISPERSED AREA From Cedar Hill, take UT-92 E/Alpine Loop Road 5 miles. Turn left onto UT-144N and go another 2.5 mile to Tibble Fork Reservoir. At the back of the reservoir turn right on to the dirt road. Continue another 1.4 miles on the dirt road and the destination will be on the left.
