This trailhead allows hikers to approach the summit of Ch-Paa-Qn Peak via the Reservation Divide Tr. No. 98.3. The 3 mile trail to the junction below the summit is slightly longer than the route from Ch-Paa-Qn Trailhead, but with a trailhead elevation of 6200 ft, this route gains significantly less elevation. The trailhead features parking for about 8 vehicles.
