This trailhead provides access to the Ray Atkeson Loop Trail, which offers beautiful views of South Sister and Sparks Lake. A fee is charged. From Bend, OR: Travel west on Cascade Lakes Highway (Highway 46) for 26 miles, then travel south on Forest Road 400 for 1 mile to the Ray Atkeson Trailhead/Sparks Lake Boat ramp.
