The Sisters Mirror Trailhead offers access to Sisters Mirror Lake via the Mirror Lakes Trail #20 within the Three Sisters Wilderness. This trail also offers access to the Pacific Crest Trail #2000. The Mirror Lakes Trail #20 enters the Three Sisters Wilderness shortly after leaving the trailhead. Wilderness permits are required for both day use and overnight stays from this trailhead. From Bend, OR: Travel 30 miles southwest on Cascade Lakes Highway (46) and the trailhead is on the west side of the road.
