Middle Ridge Trailhead is located off Middle Ridge Road (Forest Road 839) near Beaver Creek Wilderness and provides access to Middle Ridge Trail #518. This challenging trail has multiple stream crossings as it heads out into the heart of Beaver Creek Wilderness. The site has parking and visitor information. From Somerset, take US 27 south 18 miles. Turn east onto Forest Service Road 839. Go 0.25-mile to the Middle Ridge Trailhead on the right. From Whitley City, take US 27 north for 10 miles. Turn east onto Forest Service Road 839. Go 0.25-mile to the Middle Ridge Trailhead on the right.
