About this place
The Middle Fork Trailhead is located on the edge of the slopes of the Wind River Mountain foothills in the western edge of Sinks Canyon. The trail is a popular day use trail taking visitors to the popular destition Popo Agie Falls, and further into the Popo Agie Wilderness for those visitors planning on multiple days. Amenities include paved parking, horse corrals, interpretive panels, and a two vault toilets. From Lander, go about 10.7 miles south on State Highway 131. The trailhead will be to the left.
