About this place

This trailhead allows visitors to access the Josephine Tr. No. 155, which climbs to Joesphine Peak and connects to the Reservation Divide Tr. No. 98.1 and the McCormick Cr. Tr. No. 708. From this trailhead, visitors travel about 3.5 miles on the closed portion of Marion Rd. No. 890 before picking up the trail on the ridge above Little Marion Cr. The historic start of the trail on Josephine Cr. Rd. is not currently accessible due to private lands. From Rd. No. 890 to the peak is about 3 miles, for a total one-way distance from the trailhead of 6.5 miles. The trailhead has a large turnaround and plenty of parking.
