About this place
Provides access to Goat Peak Trail 457 and the historic Goat Peak Lookout. A fee is charged. From Winthrop, drive west 9 miles on State Route 20, turn right just before the Weeman Bridge onto Goat Creek Road (county road #1163). Drive 3.3 miles, turn right on Forest Service Road 52. Drive 2.7 miles and turn left onto Forest Service Road 5225. Drive 6.7 miles and turn right on Forest Service Road 5225-200. Drive 2.9 miles to the trailhead at the end of the road.
