Filloon Trail provides access to Lemei Trail #34 in the Indian Heaven Wilderness. Much of the trail is in heavy second-growth forests. One of the features of this connector trail is the huckleberries in late summer. Eat your fill, but remember, removing huckleberries from Wilderness is prohibited. Wilderness permit is required if entering Indian Heaven Wilderness. Free self-issued permits available at the trailhead. From Trout Lake, Follow Highway 141 N. on to national forest land, where it becomes Forest Road 24. Stay on Forest Road 24 and follow to the trailhead.
