About this place
Provides access to Upper Middle Trail #26. Parking for approximately 2 vehicles. Trail #26 is about six miles long and northeast of Indian Heaven Wilderness. The trail is open to motorized trail users, and connects to Service Trail #35, another motorized trail on Mt. Adams Ranger District. From Trout Lake, WA take State Highway 141. Turn Right on Rd. 88, drive approx. 12 miles to spur Rd. 8841 (just before Big Tire Junction). Trailhead is located along Rd. 8841 (NOTE: Upper Middle Trailhead was relocated from the former trailhead near Surprise Lakes area in 2018).
