About this place
Spectacular views of Lake Almanor, Dyer Mountain and Lassen Volcanic National Park can be found along the entire route of the Lake Almanor Recreation Trail. Winding along the west shore of the lake, this paved multi use trail has several access points, and several places to stop and enjoy the lake. Motorized vehicles of any kind are strictly prohibited, as well as pack animals. Dyer View has 5 picnic areas, plenty of parking and a vault toilet. No water is available. Swimming and fishing are allowed. Located off of Lake Almanor Drive West between Prattville and Highway 89.
