About this place
Trailhead on National Forest land. From the ferry terminal: turn right and travel 1.7 miles to DeHarts Store above Auke Bay marinas. Turn left uphill to Mendenhall Loop Road, and use the bridge to cross the Mendenhall River. The parking lot for the Dredge Lakes Trail system is on the immediate left after crossing the bridge.
