About this place
This is a popular location for fishing and easy access to the South Fork of the San Miguel River. There is a parking for approximately 10 vehicles, with a vault toilet adjacent to the parking lot. No fees at this site. From Telluride, travel 3 miles west on State Highway 145. Keep right at roundabout to stay on Hwy 145 West for approx. 2.5 miles. Turn left onto County Road 63L (Ilium/South Fork Road). Travel approx. 4.5 miles. Look for Sheep Corral Day Use sign on right (west) side of road.
