About this place
Located 6 miles west of Independence, CA, on Onion Valley Road. Situated in an oak grove and next to Independence Creek. The campground has 52 campsites, some first-come, first-serve. Vault toilets, drinking water, and bear food storage lockers available. A fee is charged. From Independence, go 6 miles west on Market Street. Enter one of two entrances.
