About this place
This large campground with 133 campsites is located along Rock Creek. Many of the sites are under tall trees, some sites along the creek. A fee is charged. From Mammoth Lakes go south on US 395 for approximately 13 miles. Take the Tom 's Place exit and follow Forest Service Highway 12 (Rock Creek Road) for about five miles. From Bishop go north on US 395 for about 30 miles. Take the Tom 's Place exit and follow Forest Service Highway 12 (Rock Creek Road) for about five miles. The campground will be on the left.
