About this place
This site features a large covered group picnic shelter as well as several family picnic sites. A wheelchair accessible bridge crosses Wolf Creek and leads to the 2.4 mile Wolf Creek Loop Trails. From I-77 near Wytheville: Take the Bastian Exit (Exit 58) and go west toward Bastian, VA. Take a left on U.S. 52, then an immediate right on Grapefield Road (State Route 614). Travel 3.5 miles to the day use area on the left, just past Camp Roland.
