The West Face Trailhead is used primarily in the snow season as a snowmobile trailhead parking area. There is summertime use as a trailhead for hiking and mountain biking in the Bear Basin area. Travel 4.5 miles west from McCall on Highway 55 to the trailhead. It is located on the eastern side of the highway.
