This trailhead provides access to Warm Springs Trail #3582See trail page for more information. FROM HIGHWAY 58: From the Middle Fork Ranger Station on Hwy 58, travel east towards Oakridge, OR for 5 miles. Turn left on to Fish Hatchery Road. At the stop sign, turn right onto Forest Road 24 (Salmon Creek Road). Continue 9 miles to Forest Road 1934 (Blair Lake). Turn left onto Forest Road 1934 and continue for 0.5 mile. It is approximately 0.5 miles from the trailhead to the hot springs.
