The Virgin River Rim Deer Haven Trailhead Is a small parking area across from the Deer Haven Campground . The Virgin River Rim Trail spans over 30 miles across the Rim of the Markagunt Plateau. From Cedar City, Head East on UT 14 for 14 miles, turn Right onto FS052 for 1.9 miles, Turn Right onto FS 052A for .4 miles. Destination will be on the right.
