Three Creek Meadow Trail #4103 is a connector trail between Park Meadow Trail (#4075) and Little Three Creek Lake Trail (#4076) that features Three Creek Lake and beautiful views. If entering the Three Sisters Wilderness via the Three Creek Meadow Trail, wilderness permits are required for day and overnight use. Sisters: Travel south on Forest Service Road 16 for approximately 15 miles; turn right into Three Creek Meadow Horse Camp; trailhead will be on your left.
