This trailhead provides access to: Swan Lake Trail #3570 From Oakridge, OR, travel east on Highway 58, turn left at the traffic light, proceed over the overpass and turn right at the next intersection. Travel through Oakridge, OR, to Forest Road 24 (Salmon Creek Road) and continue for 10 miles to Forest Road 2417. Follow Forest Road 2417 for approximately 12.5 miles to the end of the road. The end of the road is the trailhead.
