About this place
The trailhead for the 12 mile multiple-use trail has parking for vehicles with or without trailers, picnic tables, hitching rails, and an adaptive mounting area. The trail is for use by hikers, mountain bike riders, and horse back riders and offers scenic views of Springs Valley Lake and includes remnants of the historic Buffalo Trace. This trail has several short, steep climbs, a wide tread and is quite scenic.
