About this place
The Spraddle Creek Trailhead is operated by Vail Stables under a special use permit in the summer months. In the winter, the trailhead provides ski and snowshoe access to the area north of Vail, including the Eiseman Hut. From I-70 Exit 176, head to the north side of the interstate and take Spraddle Creek Road 0.7 mile. At the gated neighborhood entrance, turn right up the dirt road to the trailhead.
