Provides access to Slate Lake Trail #414 which enters the Lake Chelan-Sawtooth Wilderness and the Twisp River Trail #440. Located in the Twisp River area. From Twisp, take Forest Service Road 44 (Twisp River Road) west for about 19 miles to the trailhead on the right side of road 4440.
