About this place
SHARP RIDGE/SQ___ ROCK TH (Trailhead). Large parking area/dispersed campsite at summit of Road 45. Accesses the Sharp's Ridge OHV trail #3026 to the west and the Indian Rock non-motorized Trail #3039 to the east. From Dale, OR, travel northwest on US-395 N for 1.2 miles. Then turn right (east) on Forest Road 55. After about 1 mile, take the first right onto Forest Road 10. Continue for about 23 miles, then turn right (south) onto Forest Road 45. Travel about 4 miles to the summit and the trailhead is on the right. Directly to the south is a "Welcome to the Malheur N.F." sign.
