About this place
This trailhead is the southern access point for Scotty Creek Trail (#838), which travels north for 4.2 miles and terminates at Cougar West Trailhead. From Prineville: Head east for approximately 28 miles on Highway 26. Turn left onto Forest Service Road 27 and Forest Service Road 250 to merge onto Forest Road 250. Scotty Creek TH will be on your right about half mile from that junction.
