About this place
Provides access to Sand Ridge Trail #1104. This trail is within the William O. Douglas Wilderness. It offers access to several small lakes in what is aptly referred to as "Mosquito Valley". Swampy areas exist in early season, giving way to dust with heavy use in summer and fall. A fee is charged. From Naches, travel west on Highway 12. The trailhead is on the north side of the highway about .6 miles past milepost 158.
