Provides access to the Norse Peak Wilderness via Raven Roost Trail #951 and Cougar Valley Trail #951A. From Enumclaw, WA take State Route 410 east for about 67 miles to Little Naches Road 1900. Take Little Naches Road about 4 miles to Crow Creek Road 1902 and follow 1902 for about 6.6 miles to the 866 spur. Take the 866 spur to end of road to the trailhead.
