Rattlesnake Mountain Trailhead provides access to Rattlesnake Way Trail #1497 which enters the Rogue-Umpqua Divide Wilderness, and continue to Mosquito Lake and Rattlesnake Mountain. There are no garbage services at this trailhead, please be prepared to pack out your trash. From Glide, OR, follow OR-138 E, turn right onto Forest Service Road (FSR) 37, turn right onto FSR 3702, continue straight onto FSR 999.
