About this place
Pleasant Hill Trail is Alabama's newest and only trail for biking and hiking in the Tuskegee National Forest. Only four miles in length, this trail is of moderate-level difficulty and provides incredible recreational fun for all. From I-85 take exit 42 and go east towards Columbus GA. Approximately 0.1 miles turns right on to Wire Rd (Macon County Road 53) and go to the three way stop. Turn right at the three way stop and go to the intersection of US Hwy 29. Turn Left on US Hwy 29 North . The trailhead is approximately 0.8 miles on the left at the intersection of FS Road 930.
