This large privately owned trailhead is located on Rte. 115 in Jefferson, and contains a historical plaque regarding an area landslide. After 2.2 miles the Owls Head trail accesses fine limited views from the summit of Owl's Head, where it connects to Martha's Mile Trail and Cherry Mountain. Rte 115 in Jefferson
