The Mt. Hough trailhead is situated at the top of Mt. Hough. Many mountain bikers enjoy riding this motorized trail downhill to Quincy, and local businesses offer shuttles to the top. It is also regularly used by motorcyclists. The trail offers wonderful views of both American Valley, Indian Valley, and Crystal Lake from the top, as well as great views all the way up or down. From Quincy, take County Road 403 approximately 15 miles to the summit.
