Provides access to MJB Trail #1101. This trail within the William O. Douglas Wilderness descends steeply through dense forest with many switchbacks to Rattlesnake Creek and a junction with Rattlesnake Trail #1114. From Naches, WA, travel west on Highway 12 to Bethel Ridge Road 1500. Go approximately 8 miles to the trailhead.
