About this place
This trailhead provides access to the McKenzie River National Recreation Trail, which is a 26 mile hiking and biking trail that follows the McKenzie River. The trail has varying terrain with several remarkable viewpoints along the route. From McKenzie Bridge, OR, travel east on Highway 125 for 1.5 miles to Lower McKenzie River Trailhead, accessed at a long pullout on the north side of the Highway.
