About this place
This trail meanders through a portion of the Three Sisters Wilderness and the terrain rolls through the forest past interesting rock features and scenic lakes. Many Lakes Trailhead provides access to: Many Lakes Trail #15, Deer Lake Trail (to Cultus Lake Trail & Cultus Lake Loop). The Many Lakes Trail enters the Three Sisters Wilderness shortly after leaving the trailhead. Wilderness Permits are required for day and overnight use. From Bend: Roughly 50 miles SW of Bend; the Many Lakes Trailhead is located on Forest Service Road 4636, about 3.5 miles west of Little Cultus Lake.
