The Needles rock formation is a very popular location for day hikers and rock climbers. Accessible during the summer months, this area of the Needles formation can be a popular location of travel. Please plan accordingly while considering your hike and the dirt road leading to the trailhead. Most small 2 wheel drive vehicles are advised to not travel the dirt road; high clearance vehicles are recommended. There are no water amenities at this site.
